The Community Website for The Park Ecovillage, Findhorn

Self Study Guide

This is an evolving recommended reading and video list if you’re wanting to learn more about the roots and early years of our 63-year-old community. If you’re planning to visit or even move here, you may find this particularly useful!

New Findhorn Association Park Ecovillage Moray Scotland

This is an eclectic selection, as there are so many resources in our bibliography. We hope our suggestions offer access to the whole, acting as fractals and opening doors for future explorations. This is just one step in the journey through the modern mystery school of our community.

There is no definite, concise and current account of our community as it is forever changing. However, in a survey of community members in 2024, the importance of ‘source material’ – writings by our founders – was strongly emphasised. This has influenced our choices.

We aim to update this list regularly to make it as relevant as possible, so please give us your feedback and comments – email edcirclechair@findhorn.cc.
