About me
Originally from the Netherlands, I have lived in the Findhorn Community since 1991, and feel deeply connected with the roots of this place. I am a pioneer of holistic spirituality and a facilitator of transformation, aiming to ground this in our daily lives.
I created Heartbeat Findhorn where I offer courses on Inner Work for Outer Action, creating a safe and supportive space for transformation and inner resilience. I am passionate about co-creating a sustainable and regenerative world.
Many of my offerings are online, and therefore easily accessible to you wherever you are.
Currently they include:
The Work That Reconnects, Transformation Game, Feeding Your Demons.

I am a long term Buddhist practitioner, and initiated Togme Sangpo Buddhist Group, where I offer Discovering Buddhism and mini retreats.

I live in one of the eco-houses at the Park, and feel privileged to be part of this inspiring centre of light. I would love to support you on your inner journey. Please contact me
